1.1 These terms and conditions apply to all sales made through this website. 1.2 By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Products

2.1 All products are described as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour and appearance may occur. 2.2 Original works and fine art prints are sold as described on the product page.

3. Pricing

3.1 All prices are listed in Euro's and include applicable taxes. 3.2 Prices are subject to change without notice.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. 4.2 Accepted payment methods include Cash, Revolut, credit cards, PayPal

5. Shipping and Delivery

5.1 Shipping costs in Ireland of framed works are €35/ €15 unframed, international shipping's are calculated and vary based on location. 5.2 Delivery times are estimated and may vary. Dawn McGrath is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided the item is in its original condition. 6.2 To initiate a return, contact Dawn via email dawnmcgrathart@gmail.com. 6.3 Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receiving the returned item.

7. Copyright and Intellectual Property

7.1 All artwork is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is prohibited. 7.2 Purchase of artwork does not transfer copyright ownership.

8.1 Personal information collected during the purchase process will be used solely for order fulfillment and communication. 8.2 Dawn McGrath will not share personal information with third parties without consent.
